Chrysta Dwyer-Hammon

Chrysta Dwyer- Hammon began her career in Real Estate in 1990. She boasts a successful background in sales, marketing and property management. Chrysta has held various positions throughout her career including Director of Operations at Graham Property Management Company , Director of Marketing and Training at The Related Group of Florida and most recently the Director of Sales at Four Seasons Private Residences at The Surf Club.

Chrysta has extensive knowledge of Miami’s luxury real estate market and has become a local expert on the Miami Beach community. Her extensive background in sales and marketing, combined with her unparalleled personalized service and acute negotiation skills will produce an effortless real estate transaction.

Miami Beach has been her home for over 25 years. She has immersed herself in the local neighborhood by volunteering with area schools and organizations and holding various board positions. She is currently Vice President of Grand Venetian homeowners association, where she focuses on improving the overall aesthetics of the property and building value.

Chrysta was born and raised in Grosse Pointe, Michigan, she brings with her the mid-west values and work ethic that sets a new standard for South Florida. She has an innate passion for Real Estate and enjoys the diverse lifestyle that Miami offers.
In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her two children, is an avid outdoorsman and appreciates International travel.
