Chuck Anderson’s journey in real estate began in 1998 when he purchased his first home an
experience that sparked his lifelong passion for the industry. This passion evolved in 2009 when
Chuck seized the opportunity presented by the market downturn to begin acquiring investment
properties across Southern New Hampshire, the Lakes Region, and the Seacoast. Over the
years, his deep knowledge of these areas has allowed him to build a diverse portfolio and gain
unparalleled insight into the local market.

After retiring from a successful career in Law Enforcement, Chuck followed his passion for real
estate and became a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in New Hampshire. Whether working
with first-time homebuyers, seasoned investors, or clients seeking a vacation home, Chuck
brings a wealth of experience, dedication, and local expertise to each transaction.
Chuck loves working with people and is known for being personable, laid back, with a witty
