Chuck is very detail oriented and takes the time to put together information for his buyers so they can make decisions that make sense for them. He is also full of great recommendations for home buyers like us who don’t have a lot of experience hiring plumbers, electricians and other contractors. Working with Chuck on the purchase of our new home was nothing short of an excellent experience. Chuck is very responsive and knowledgeable about the Tampa area and knew exactly where to point us in regards to the long list of requirements we had for our new home. He was always available for a phone call and instant responses via text message at any time of the day. He took the time to show us multiple homes and summarize our pros/cons for each one for us to review at the end of the day. Chuck went "above and beyond" in listing and marketing my property. He went out of his way to access information that I didn't have access to in order to sell my property. He used a multitude of means to market my property, including the use of aerial photography via a drone. He listed my property in a number of forums. Chuck kept me "in the loop" consistency by phone, email, and whatever means he thought necessary in order to reach me, and sometimes I'm not easy to reach. He made sure the title company and others had all the information they needed in order to close in a timely manner. I can't praise Chuck enough for what he did for me in order to my my needs in selling my property!
