About Chuck

A native of New York City, he moved to Columbia County in 1987. Chuck joined George Beach Realty as a sales agent in 1988. Immediately there was chemistry.

He and George Beach both shared the same basic business philosophy, “provide the best service in an honest manner to your customers and clients, and the business will grow,” and so it has. Chuck’s former business and work experience with companies like Xerox, and SCM Corporation in both sales management positions as well as marketing positions gave him the experience that has allowed him to bring his marketing and sales skills to the agency. Prior to moving to the county after leaving the corporate world, he owned and ran a very successful IBM Dealership in Manhattan. As soon as Chuck learned the Real Estate Business, George asked him to become his partner. Today, Beach and Bartolo Realtors, has grown to be one of the county’s largest, most respected, and successful agencies in the county.
