Submitted via e-mail: I knew Chuck in a previous job, I knew he was a hard worker but nothing compared to how hard he worked to get my house sold. We put my home on the market while I was out of state. Chuck showed the house with renters in it and me out of town. We received 3 offers within the first week. Chuck kept me updated and talked me through the whole process. Chuck had asked me in the beginning how long was I willing to keep the house on the market. I told him my goal would be to get it sold within 3 months. Once again Chuck came through, we had it sold and closed within 2 months from when it went on the market. We sold it above our asking price. I would strongly recommend Chuck Berringer as a realtor because he goes above and beyond his clients expectations. to whoever is reading this, if you have the opportunity to work with chuck, please do so! my fiancee and myself were looking for a mobile home, and while we did end up finding a house to buy instead, chuck was more than helpful. willing to work for us to get a good deal, was not being pushy about buying the house, always pleasant. had we not found the other house, we would have bought from him.
