In 2019 I moved from Alaska to Tennessee. Chuck came highly recommended by some Alaskan friends who had made the same move about a year earlier. Chuck did not disappoint. He showed me many houses, ran down details and answered my every question . He went totally out of his way to help me find a place in Burns, which is a considerable distance from his office. Negotiations were quick and simple, and contracts were the easiest I have ever experience among the several houses I have bought and sold. He is exceedingly honest and professional. I would recommend Chuck to anyone looking for housing in the Middle Tennessee area.

Chuck is the best real estate agent I have ever worked with. He knows all about the ins and outs of real estate and with that knowledge, he was able to look out for what was best for me. Chuck Campbell has assisted me in purchasing and selling my first home and buying my current home. Chuck is very knowledgeable and professional. We were very picky buyers that wanted to see homes all the time and Chuck would always find time to assist us even when he probably knew nothing would come of it. Me and my wife used Chuck as our realtor a month or two ago and he helped us find our dream home. He will go out of his way to make sure that you are informed of everything about the process of buying a home, which was really important to me as this was me and my wife's first home. If you are a veteran you cannot go wrong with him. He directed me to a very knowledgable mortgage company who financed my VA loan. He has been there and done what you are going through. I give him two thumbs up.

My husband and I are currently working with Chuck to find a home. I've been very impressed with how knowledgeable and friendly he's been. I honestly was expecting to try and get pushed around and into something I didn't really want. Chuck hasn't been like that at all. He's been very helpful as far as giving information and tips on things to consider regarding our whole home buying process. Also he hasn't given us the brush off as I've felt from another realtor before, just because we're looking at lower priced homes. He seems genuinely happy to help us look and we don't feel awkward or formal around him which is a big plus.
