Chuck gave us lots of great resources to get our house ready to sell in North Natomas. We hired a terrific landscaping company, friendly housecleaners and an awesome junk hauler. My family and I lost our home to the Tubbs Fire in October of 2017.

We decided to relocate to the Roseville area. Chuck helped find the perfect home to accommodate the specific needs of my displaced family. It's great to finally have a place we can call home again!

Chuck was very supportive throughout the sales process. But, to his credit, he's been there for us after the sale closed. (suggestions for handymen, mechanics, etc)

He states on his business card that he is an "Agent & Balloon Pilot at RE/MAX Gold. I thought that the Balloon Pilot part was just some advertising BS. Nope, it turns out that Chuck is actually a licensed Commercial Hot Air Balloon pilot. In fact, we went ballooning together just a few weeks ago.

I highly recommend Chuck for any Real Estate (or Hot Air Ballooning) needs you might have.

I've worked with Chuck on my most recent real estate acquisition, and I can only speak highly of the experience I had. During the search process for the property I was looking for, Chuck has been extremely patient and available to any questions that came up and responded quickly.

During the acquisition process he went above and beyond by attending meetings even when he wasn't needed. His level of service went beyond the transaction where Chuck responded to my questions, to which I wasn't able to get the answers, within a short time frame. With his help I was able to get the property that I wanted in my desired location and within my budget.
