Meet Chuck Powers Thanks for visiting me! I have been interested in real estate it seems, my whole adult life. About 30 years ago I went through 9 years and hundreds of dollars spent on real estate seminars. Seminars on buying with no money down, seminars on buying a home that is in probate, real estate seminars of every kind. What I learned was that real estate is much more simple than most people think. 26 years ago, I turned my passion into a career! I have seen and learned so much in these last years. I've gained experience in raw land sales, commercial and business sales, small farm/horse property sales, and, of course, hundreds of residential properties I also combined my love for real estate with 2 other passions: Teaching people and Supporting our great military. These have caused me to be rated consistently as a top agent every year. I have been married to an amazing woman for 36 years and we raised 2 incredible kids together. I love anything equestrian and have owned my own farm and horse property. I volunteered many years as a leader for a 4-H equestrian group.
