Chuck Simpson

Dedication to client satisfaction, committed to always doing the right thing and demanding work best describes what guides Chuck in his work and personal life. Prior to his real estate career, which began in 2008, he spent 33 years in the automotive financial services arena with Ford Motor Credit and Citigroup. His corporate and executive level experience prepared him well for his current role in real estate, particularly as it relates to providing an elevated level of customer service and strong negotiation skills.

Although he considers himself a “full spectrum” real estate consultant, his real love is listing and selling homes on acreage, farms, horse properties and land. He considers himself an expert in these types of properties because he has had experience working with and advising multiple buyers and sellers of these types of properties. Chuck welcomes the opportunity to assist in any type of real estate transaction, so obviously he does not limit himself to just these types of properties.

Chuck acquired his Tennessee real estate Affiliate Broker’s license in 2008 and obtained his Tennessee Broker’s license in 2015. He is a member of the National Association of Realtors and the Williamson County Association of Realtors, and, has accreditation by the National Association of Realtors as an Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR) and Seller Representative Specialist (SRS). Chuck is a “FULL-TIME” real estate agent and broker.
