Chuck was awesome and patient with my husband and I. We were very lucky to finally find someone who made the home buying so easy. We were expecting a painful experience from house hunting to all the paperwork, but Chuck gave us much relief with everything and led us step by step of the way. If we had concerns or questions he was quick to respond he even gave us some his personal time to show us a home we were extremely interested in. My husband and I initially contacted Chuck because we believed we might have to short sell our home in order to move for my husband's job. However, with some recommendations from Chuck, we did some simple renovations and were able to proceed with a regular home sale. The house showed 13 times in 3 days right after posting. When two parties were interested, he was able to negotiate with them to get the offer up to almost our full asking price. Even with a few complicated issues that came up in escrow, Chuck was able to help us navigate the process. Chuck really worked hard for us searching for a house in our short timeframe. He showed us the twenty plus houses we had on our list in two days. Then he showed us even more after we narrowed down the area and refined our search. This is when we found our dream house! Chuck fought for us to be able to get second and third viewings in when the seller was hesitant to let us. He even managed to set up the inspection while we were still in town. Chuck continued to assist throughout closing. And we definitely needed it since we were trying to do it from across the country. Chuck was recommended to me by friends who had used him in the past, and had nothing but praise for him. From day one he was on top of everything I ever asked, and most of the time it was handled before I ever thought of it. He was upfront, honest, and always available. I used a lender that he was unfamiliar with, and he even went so far as to check current rates and loan programs through his own sources to make sure I was getting the best possible deal. I was however well taken care of by my lender too. He had never been involved in a deal with Chuck before, but told me toward the end that, when this is over I'm going to go down to Chucks office and take them donuts some morning, those guys know what they're doing. From start to finish having Chuck as my realtor was a real pleasure.
