CiCi Askari is an outstanding real estate agent. She patiently stuck it out with us while we looked for an appropriate home in Foster City - for five months! It was a big move for us, as my husband and I had both lived in Chicago for almost 10 years, and we had some sticker shock initially. Since CiCi is a Foster City resident and has children, she was especially prepared to guide us on the area. CiCi is just the most lovely, smart and patient person I've met working in real estate.
I think one of her strengths comes from the fact that she’s successfully managed other businesses prior to being in real estate. She has the kind of life-skills, integrity, passion and empathy that enhance her approach to this profession.

CiCi is extremely knowledgeable about the Peninsula real estate market. In our initial conversations, she did not just hand out marketing materials and make generic sales pitches. Instead, CiCi made practical suggestions based on the information we gave her, such as things we need to pay attention to in features of the home and while applying for a mortgage as a first-time home buyer. We received lots of help from her and are very glad that we chose CiCi to represent us.
She always got back to our inquiries in a timely manner. This was very important to us, as we were not experienced in real estate investing. She patiently listened and counseled us before helping us bid on the property of our interest.
Because of her experience, she managed to tell us a lot of problems that we could not find out ourselves in an open house. This not only helped us avoid bad decisions that we would later regret, but built up our confidence.
Even after closing, she was always available and checked in on us to see if we needed anything at all. We feel like she became our advocate and friend.
