Cindi is a Texas native and has cultivated diverse expertise in the DFW real estate market, as well as markets across Texas and the US.

For over 15 years, she has served her clients diligently, delivering a full-concierge experience through her extraordinary real estate practice. Cindi has become a trusted local expert in the booming Dallas high-rise scene, as the co-listing agent of HALL Arts Residences, an exclusive high-rise in the Dallas Arts District.

In 2020, Cindi partnered with her daughter, Alli Caudle, to form the Caudle Real Estate Group at BFSIR. In each of the first two years, they’ve closed over $20 million in transactions and have been named D Magazine’s D Best Real Estate Team 2021.

Cindi and her husband, Craig Caudle, are proud to be a part of a multi-generational Dallas family and know the city by heart. Outside of real estate, Cindi enjoys interior design, cooking, and spending time with her family along with their Australian Shepard, Gus. She’s involved in the arts, education, church, and volunteer communities, and feels grateful to call Dallas home.
