Cindi Pendergraft

After a 25-year career in marketing in the Seattle area, Cindi and her husband, David, moved to Scottsdale in 2005. Becoming a real estate agent was an easy transition, being that the first house they bought in Scottsdale was the 14th home Cindi had owned. Though the intent was to buy and remodel homes, the referrals began as soon as she was licensed. She accepted the challenge of helping buyers to find just want they wanted. The thrill of finding the perfect property for her clients is tremendously rewarding. Listing properties came later and now it is a major part of her business. Whether you are buying or selling a home, she realized that is a major decision. She is extremely patient and detail oriented and she works very hard at making real estate transactions an enjoyable undertaking for all parties.
