With more than 20 years of experience as a Texas REALTOR® and broker, Cindy brings extensive market knowledge, strategic leadership, and a deep commitment to supporting agents at every stage of their careers.
Since beginning her real estate career in 2006, Cindy has served a diverse range of clients, including first-time homebuyers, luxury sellers, investors, and residential tenants throughout North Texas. She earned her Texas broker's license in 2017 and has built a reputation for combining comprehensive market expertise with a client-first approach rooted in professionalism, integrity, and exceptional service.
A passionate educator, Cindy has spent more than 12 years mentoring and teaching real estate professionals across multiple brokerages and industry organizations. As a certified instructor for the National Association of REALTORS®, Texas REALTORS®, and the Texas Real Estate Commission, she leads continuing education courses while developing proprietary curriculum focused on emerging regulations, evolving market trends, and best practices for today's real estate professionals.
Cindy is also an active leader within the real estate industry, serving on local, state, and national committees that advocate for private property rights, homeownership, and the continued advancement of the profession. Her commitment to education, collaboration, and agent development has earned the respect of colleagues throughout Texas and positions her to foster a culture of growth and excellence within the Arlington and Mansfield offices.
Outside of real estate, Cindy enjoys spending time with her husband, their three children, and four grandchildren. She is an avid cook, reader, and traveler who values meaningful connections with her family, colleagues, and the communities she serves.
