Cindy Bakay, as a Realtor, has represented both buyers and sellers in
the booming real estate region of Temecula, Murrieta, Menifee,
Hemet, and surrounding areas for over 13 years.
After moving from San Diego to Temecula in 1999, Cindy’s journey
to becoming a real estate agent began as a necessity. As a devoted
parent of three growing boys, she needed a career that would offer
her the income and flexibility a mom needed raise a family. Like most
loving mothers, Cindy wanted to be available for her three sons to
help with classroom projects, school events, be home after school
and generally “available” during her children’s growing years. That
dedication to family is one of the attributes that makes Cindy Bakay
a patient and dedicated Realtor.
Cindy works with all home buyers and sellers, including, but not
limited to, empty nesters, investors, and “moving up” buyers. She
finds that these types of client have a good foundation to their
wants and needs. In fact, “Your Goal is My Goal” is Cindy’s personal
motto and it reflects in her every day work ethics. “My favorite part
of the business is seeing the relief and happiness of the homebuyer or
seller when escrow closes,” Cindy says. “It’s very gratifying to have
completed the sale knowing the positive effects on others.”
As lifelong learner, Cindy has taken steps to educate herself so that
she can best serve her clients. She is a Graduate Realtor Institute,
also known as a GRI and has earned a Bachelor’s Degree in
Business/Marketing.
Cindy is also a long time activist for her community and the local
environment. She served as Treasurer for a Grass Roots Organization
in Temecula for nearly five years, working diligently alongside her
colleagues. They fought long and hard, ultimately defeating the plan
of a giant utility company to erect a half a million-volt transmission
corridor straight through the heart of Temecula. A second time,
Cindy and her colleagues helped bring the community together to
win against an attack from a proposed quarry in the area. These
accomplishments took many long hours and the joint efforts of her
communities, City Councils and Pechanga’s diligent working
government.
At home, Cindy is content to spend quality time with family, friends
and her very lovable cat. She is an avid gardener, has loved fishing
since her dad taught at the age of 4, off-road Jeeping and a glamping
enthusiast.
