I have referred several clients to Cindy. One couple had a realtor who kept requesting that they lower their asking price. I gave them Cindy's number. Not only were they elated that she was able to get the finances they needed to move, they were so thankful that she sold their property in their timeline. She had to purchase the listing from the original realtor and she paid for the staging company. Another couple had already moved out of state and their realtor hadn't even completed the contract or installed a sale sign. Cindy did all the transactions needed to sell their home and sold it quickly. They were extremely satisfied . They said it went so smoothly, and it was the easiest transaction they had ever experienced. There have been many other clients we have referred to her. She is dedicated to her clients. She is hard working. She is honest and only works to make her clients satisfied and get the best price possible for their home. She won't place someone in the clients home to show a property. She does it aĺ!
My mother had a bad realtor who placed one of her assistants to show her home and when my mother and I showed up at the open house she gave us wrong information on the amount of bedrooms. She didn't realize she was speaking to the owner. Needless to say, when her listing expired, we had Cindy sell her home. It was a long way from her normal listing area but she took the job and got it sold in 3 wks.
Another client that we referred her to had a duplex and he had already moved to Texas. He was skeptical when she suggested that she could sell it in 3 wks. Not only did she get it sold and closed in less than 30 days, but she sold it for over 100K more than what he expected to get.
I can't express enough what a wonderful realtor she is and a top agent in her office. There are many more stories like these I could tell but I'm sure you understand by now who should get your listing.

We first used Cindy when we wanted to lease a commercial building that had been listed for sale for years. We could not get anywhere with the listing agent and she was able to get us in touch with the owners and we were able to lease the property. Three years later we purchased the property with Cindy as our realtor. Two years later we used her to purchase our forever home. During both escrows, she was always available, easy to get in contact with, had answers to questions and worked for us! Right after the close of escrow on our house, we moved in and the water heater went out. The home warranty company hadn't received payment from title yet so they weren't willing to send out a plumber. Cindy knew a local plumber that she had helped purchase a property close by. He rearranged his schedule for the next day so he could come out and take care of our water heater because Cindy had contacted him on our behalf. She's a great realtor, knows her stuff and gets results!!!!

Cindy is the ultimate professional. She worked extremely hard to sell a somewhat difficult property under difficult circumstances. More importantly was what she did beforehand to facilitate the sale. She tirelessly assisted with getting repair work done, finding homes for animals, etc and overall making sure everything needed was attended to for the sale. Excellent job!!

Cindy’s great! She sold property in one month start to finish after a different realtor had it for over 2yrs. She’s very professional, knowledgeable, courteous and is extremely quick to get back to you if you have questions. Most importantly she made what is usually a complete pain into a painless situation. Would recommend Cindy if you need a realtor. Have 2 kids getting ready to buy properties and they will both use her.

We loved working with Cindy. She very easy to get ahold of and we had a lot of questions. She helped us with any concerns that we had. The virtual pictures that her photographer took were great. If you are looking for someone to stick by your side, battle for you and not give up when the market is tuff call Cindy. She was wonderful to work with. Took us about a year to find my house do to price range, but she never stop looking. Soon as one would come up she was on it to show us. Her knowledge and skillset came in handy when the seller agent seemed less experience. She made sure all paperwork was done on time, inspections where completed and they knew that I was a serious buyer. Thank you for finding my home that I love and enjoy so much.

It's hard to put into words how incredibly amazing and helpful Cindy Borgerding has been during this difficult time for our family. My father passed away in October of 2020 at the same time that my step-mother was diagnosed with dementia. As I started to deal with the myriad of issues surrounding my parent's estate, it became clear that I needed to focus on taking care of my parent's affairs and it was a huge relief knowing that Cindy would be taking over the sale of my parent's home. Cindy expertly and swiftly stepped forward to take care of business. She listened to my concerns and what I hoped to achieve by the sale of the home and she made it happen. Our family has had the absolute pleasure of working with Cindy on four seperate transaction's. Three sales and a purchase. Cindy was one step ahead on every deal. She thought of things we never would have, like making sure we had a signed back up offer ready to step in. (which resulted in not having to give a price reduction) She is honest and one of the hardest working realtors I know (and I know some good ones). She will fight for her client's and protect your best interest. She even helped paint a barn because the underwriter required it as a condition to close. My only complaint is she isn't licensed in Kentucky and I couldn't use her on our purchase here. If you're looking for someone to have your back, go above and beyond and do it with knowledge integrity and a Dodge Ram , your search should end here. She's phenomenal!

I was referred to Cindy by a friend who told me I absolutely had to speak to her about buying a home. I am incredibly grateful I did!
I was a first-time home buyer/shopper and knew pretty much nothing about the home buying process. Cindy knew all the questions I never thought to ask, and she definitely has a ton of experience in the San Joaquin/Calaveras/Amador County area that was super helpful. Despite my rather meager budget and high expectations, Cindy was positive from the first day we met that we'd find me a place I'd love (and she was right).
If you're looking for a realtor who will put you first, have the experience you need but still make you feel like her only client, and gets stuff done - the right way, the first time - you need to call Cindy!
