About Cindy

Cindy Carlson, Broker/owner of Cindy Carlson Realty, located in Kellogg, Idaho, is a fourteen-year residential/commercial real estate veteran. With deep roots to this area, Cindy and her husband Denny, have raised their family and enjoyed this scenic area for over 40 years. After 25+ years as a well-known figure at a local dentist office, she decided to take her personal skills and stellar work ethic and turn it into a real estate career.

A very connected community volunteer with several local organization over the years, Cindy has sat on several boards including the Silver Valley Christian Academy, where she served for 16 years, and is currently a Rotary member. Since beginning her business, she has been a member of the Historic Silver Valley Chamber of Commerce and the Historic Wallace Chamber of Commerce. Investing time and resources into the community and to non-profit organizations is something she is very passionate about.

Professionally, Cindy has led the Silver Valley for many years in both sales and listings. With her wealth of knowledge and experience in this industry, she always serves her client’s best interests with the highest level of integrity and honesty. Participating in several continued education courses and constant study of the market, she upholds four Realtor® designations: Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Resort and Second Home Property Specialist (RSPS) and Graduated Realtor® Institute (GRI). Cindy has been presented with the Circle of Excellence Award by the Coeur d’Alene Association of Realtors since 2011. She also serves on the Board of Professional Standards for the Association.
