A Charlotte native, Cindy has a unique insight into the most desirable Charlotte Area neighborhoods, schools and amenities, whether a client is interested in country living or urban luxury. Licensed in both North and South Carolina, her approach is consistently personal and professional.
She has resided in the South Charlotte/Ballantyne Area, Myers Park and Lake Norman, and is a real estate investor in the Waxhaw Area.
Prior to joining Ivester Jackson / Christie's International Real Estate, Cindy was a licensed investment/capital markets professional and furthered opportunities into structured finance and risk transfer in the United States and European markets. She is also an experienced documentary film producer, having co-produced productions in South Africa that were commissioned to National Geographic Explorer. Cindy has also served as consultant and Board Director to a Swiss human rights organization working in Sudan during the civil war and subsequent Darfur genocide. Her work in these various capacities has spanned five continents. She currently holds two active NC insurance licenses.
Cindy is active in local and international charities, including World Vision, Patriot Charities and Speedway Children's Charities where her husband serves as the National Executive Director. Cindy has served on the Board of Directors of a number of charities and non-profits, including Darfur Peace and Development Organization (since 2004) and World Affairs Council Charlotte.
