We contacted Cindy with the task of helping us find our first home during the difficult 2021 real estate market. With the first call Cindy was an utmost professional, reassuring with confidence and truly cared about finding the home that would fit our needs.

During our showings, Cindy was on top of the features and attributes of the home that could benefit us along with some call outs that may lead to problems down the road. She was especially aware of details during viewings that didn’t fit what we mentioned in our original meeting even though we were anxious to get into a house. Cindy is the calming voice that reassured us we would find what we looked for even though the market was not in our favor.

Today, we are sitting in the dream home we described to Cindy in our first meeting and couldnt be happier. Cindy guided us through our first buying process with no issues and little effort. I also need to mention our offer on the house beat out a cash offer with Cindys help.

This review does little justice to how much I recommend Cindy for this personal and large financial decision.

I can't say enough about working with Cindy Castelli on selling my home and then ultimately buying another one. I randomly called realtors who I had seen advertised on other homes for sale in my area. I had three realtors respond to my inquiry and Cindy was the first realtor I had met. She came in with extensive knowledge about the area, home trends, important areas that needed attention and those that could be overlooked and would not add much value to the sale price. She was very friendly, respectful and professional. Once we were ready to list our home, Cindy was my first choice to list my property. She followed up with me on a regular basis while we were completing the recommended updates but was never pushy or overbearing. We listed the property and everything went just as she had predicted, which was a blessing since you don't sell your house everyday. We did have some hiccups and she was right on top of everything and is very in-tune with the emotions that go with selling your home! I had no question on who to enlist as my buying agent when I was ready to purchase my next home. I would highly recommend Cindy Castelli and her team, (highly recommend that you ask her for recommendations for other professionals like a mortgate broker or home inspector-they were efficient and professional as well).
