“Have you ever noticed how many real estate agents there are? In my mind, there are too many—-fortunately for my wife and I we met Cindy Darling. What started as a business relationship, today we consider a friendship. Cindy was the buyers’ agent for the sale of our home, and we did not have an agent as we ‘sold it on our own’. On our own sort of—-Cindy made the experience enjoyable for both the buyer and for us, the seller, as she assisted any way needed. Always available, quick to answer any questions or address any concerns we may have had. Things could not have gone more smoothly. That was only the start. After such a great experience, we invited Cindy to assist with the sale of my cousin’s house. Being power of attorney for my cousin we took the initiative to sell his home to simplify his life. Less than 48 hours after listing, we had an accepted full asking price offer. Again, that was only the start. I cannot go into ALL of the hurdles we encountered because of an older home inspection that raised some issues. Cindy often went above and beyond what would be expected from any Realtor to gather the estimates to rectify the issues. She then coordinated the work to be done, all with no inconvenience to me or my cousin. Cindy is a great communicator who alleviated any misunderstanding or ‘surprises’ that could occur, especially in a complicated sale such as this. At the end, the buyer was ecstatic with moving into their dream home without any inspection issues and we are thrilled that my cousin is living his golden years in a simpler setting.”

Typically buying a house is not exactly a "joy-full" experience. But with Cindy as my realtor, she brought more than a few moments of joy to my buying process. For starters, I found Cindy to be a naturally happy person - full of energy and highly committed to serving her clients with competence and integrity. She was patient with my many questions and compassionate during my "nervous Nellie moments." It was so fun to see her buzzing from house to house in her zippy VW bug on my house-hunting adventures. On our first day of hunting, she graciously showed me 10 houses, a personal record for showings in one day for her as realtor. I'm quite sure that was not particularly enjoyable day for Cindy, but she never let on. Cindy brought joy to my anxious house-buying process and celebrated with me by sharing my joy when I finally found my sweet little "rambling" ranch house. Thanks Cindy, for being such a joyful purveyor of solid real estate deals!!

Cindy was a joy to work with! I couldn’t have asked for a better starter home at such an amazing price! She really worked to find me a diamond in the rough. Then on top of that, she knew the right lender, the right home inspector and she really worked hard for me to get this home I loved. She works anytime of the day for you and couldn’t be nicer!
