Cindy was amazing to work with! We are both very much alike and at first I failed to see the effort and hard work she had to put into this sale.
Cindy handled the selling of out home of 25 years and the sale of our new home!
We are elated to be in our new house!
It's everything we dreamed for our retirement home.
I feel like because of her hard work we are blessed to be here!
I highly recommend anyone using Cindy DaVila and All Star for the sale of their home or purchasing a new home.

My husband and I just used Cindy for our 4th purchase ! If you are looking for an agent that will always respond, always put you first and be honest with you, look no further. We met Cindy 8 years ago, she was the builder's agent on a house we wanted to buy. We literally could not find an agent that would return our call. She answered us within 10 minutes of sending her an email. She won us over by treating us as her clients even though she was representing the builder. Since then we have bought and sold 2 more houses and a piece of land. Cindy has represented us each time. On this last home purchase, she saved us $3000 by catching an error on the contract. She stays in touch, with weekly updates, she troubleshoots and problem solves. You will never wonder what is going on with your buyer, builder, your mortgage company or your real estate agent. Due to her diligence, we have always closed on time. I cannot say enough good things about her. Use her, you will not be disappointed.
