No one knows the value of a dollar more than a banker, and after spending years in the credit and mortgage industry, Cindy takes the financial end of the real estate business seriously and her customers appreciate it! Cindy DeOsca was born in the Cayman Islands and moved to Jacksonville at a young age and watched Jacksonville grow into a thriving city. While in the mortgage banking industry, Cindy worked for several national mortgage companies and banks and held leadership positions at EverBank in Residential Lending, Operations, and Residential Credit Risk. Then she decided to pursue her passion in Real Estate Sales.
Cindy enjoys all the unique and interesting neighborhoods and homes in northeast Florida, and her knowledge of the market as a long time resident means she knows all the neighborhood and area features that are important in buying or selling a home.

When she’s unwinding after a busy day with customers Cindy spends time with her two Yorkshire Terriers who love to play and go for walks. When she has a day to herself she likes to spend time gardening, reading, snorkeling, boating, and kayaking. And when she can get away she’s off to the Florida Keys, the Caribbean, or one of her favorite cities- New York, San Francisco, Charleston or New Orleans.
