Mrs. Duncan was the perfect choice for this difficult sale. There were so many obstacles in the way due to family and Covid restrictions, but Mrs. Duncan knew exactly how to handle each issue professionally to keep the closing right on schedule. For everyone reading this post I highly recommend hiring Cindy Duncan as your Real Estate Agent. We have sold and purchased numerous homes, and worked with many agents, none of them compare to how Cindy conducts business.

She follows through from the beginning of the process to the end of the process. She's thoughfull, very professional, and is always a step ahead of the game. She definitely works for you, and has your best interest at heart.

I would like to share with the public my overall experiences with Cindy Duncan, PalmerHouse Properties Agent on the sale of my former house in Brookhaven, GA and the purchase of my new house in Canton, GA.
Initially Ms. Duncan discussed the "hot" Real Estate market in Brookhaven with my spouse, Marilyn, and I and the impact of COVID 19. This was a detailed analysis on the prospect of selling my house. Cindy made a room by room analysis and produced samples and suggestions on changes we should make in order to maximize and determine a sales target.
We made all the suggested changes,. Visitors to our house in person and virtually began to review the house. An open house was scheduled and held...and like Cindy said, we maximized our sales price. In every instance during the sale, Cindy represented herself, her company, and my house in a professional and knowledgeable manor. Only three [3] weeks passed and two [2] offers were made even during the pandemic.
We accepted the second offer, agreed to terms with the new buyer all under the keen eye and direction of Cindy Duncan. Then the fun part started. Cindy asked for a list of "must haves', and "should haves' for the new house including budget, and while accomplishing a list of 10 or so opportunity houses, she was instrumental in find us a mortgage broker and a mortgage. We focused on three [3] finalist new houses, chose one, and closed on the sale and purchase the same day.
Without Cindy Duncan's tireless assistance; thorough real estate knowledge and research; and her constant shepherding of our needs, Marilyn and Alan would not be enjoying our new house in Canton today. If you want a steadfast and tireless worker...a knowledgeable and experiences Real Estate Agent...and a "hand holder" advocate, choose Cindy Duncan.

Cindy is a very professional and honest realtor and a true pleasure to work with. She entertained all of our requests and gave us her honest opinion when she felt what we wanted would not be a good fit. She would not place you in a home she would not want to live herself!
