When I finally decided that it was time to sell my home, I knew exactly who to call, Cindy Forlenzo! Beginning with her first visit, I felt that there was a solid plan in place to market my home so that it would sell quickly and for the best price. After her initial walk-through, she left me a list of suggested things to do to help prepare the home to be shown at its best. When it was finally time to get it on the market, she brought in a wonderful photographer who showcased my home in order to market it online, which brought in multiple offers after just four days of showings. Cindy knows the Connecticut market, priced my home accordingly and I sold for $55,000 over my asking price. Cindy also connected me with an attorney who made the closing easier than I ever expected. This was the first time I have had to sell a house, and Cindy made it much easier than I ever expected.

Quick and painless. This is my third real estate sale, and it has never been this easy! (Although, to be fair, I did have to go ONCE to my attorney's to sign paperwork. No... it was twice.) Right. A few phone calls, several emails, and TWO SIGNATURES. Not an expansive effort on my part to successfully sell some property.
On the first week Cindy had fielded me an offer in my acceptable range, and we closed shortly after that. Cindy took care of everything. Kudos, Cindy!

We recently sold our home in Cheshire. As we began the process we met with several realtors and Cindy was hands down the most prepared! She arrived at our home with a book of information, her personal info and experience, comps in the area, and an explanation of how she would market our home and what she would list it for based on sales in the area. No one came close to her level of preparedness, and she provided honest recommendations for the work we needed to get done prior to listing. She was also able to connect us with amazing folks who helped us with some unique projects that needed to get done. Cindy was always available and communication was excellent. Our home sold in under a week and the process was painless. We bought and sold quite a few homes and this was by far the easiest, most pleasant experience we've had. We highly recommend Cindy for your real estate needs, she really listens and delivers on what she promises!

I don"t even know where to begin I don't there isn't enough space I guess to start I have Cindy listed in my phone contacts as Wonder Woman she is all that and more karma put her right in the middle of my path and Im so blessed Cindy was there this market is hard enough instate buying but even harder out of state I came down from NH to look at a house and there she was coming to the rescue my dream home was really in Durham all I had to do was mention it and she had an appointment the next morning after many weeks of me trying to get one before I even left to head back north she worked her magic there was an offer letter in she took care of everything finding the right lawyer, well and septic inspections she answered endless texts and emails went way above and beyond even did my final walk through for me she is patient, speedy fast responsive, professional, knowledgeable and honest
there just aren't enough adjectives she truly is Wonder Woman and with many thanks much appreciation and her hard work Clyde( my great dane) and I have our House on the Hill

Cindy is awesome! Warm, kind, committed, supportive, patient, experienced and knowledgeable -- She is simply the best!

We we're looking for something hard to find in CT -- a nice house with 20+ acres for a reasonable price. She could have nudged us to give up and go for this place or that to make a quick commission -- but she wasn't willing to let us settle for something that wasn't right for our family. She spent countless hours over a year working with us to find the perfect home. She drove all over CT -- on numerous occasions! -- to look at houses with us.

Her ability to research and find what we were looking for, her guidance/advice, and her negotiation skills were all second to none. Combine all her great qualities with the depth and breadth of her knowledge of the market and the trustworthy and quality referrals she was able to provide when we needed an expert on an issue or problem -- there's no contest: you simply won't find a better real estate agent.

Cindy was more like a family member than an agent. She always put my needs first and was never ever too busy to take my many phone calls, answer my questions and take me around to see numerous homes before we finally found the right fit.
