Cindy's advertisement says she knows the desert and she does! Cindy knows every nook and cranny of the desert communities and is very knowledgeable when it comes to showing property and buying a home and is familiar with the all of the developments. We looked at over 25 homes before deciding on the one I bought. She always answers her phone and if she cannot answer her phone, she will promptly return your call and answer your question or calm your fears. Cindy is not afraid to do whatever it takes to get the job done. I have personally known Cindy for many years and this is the first time I have needed to use her in a professional capacity and I would highly recommend Cindy when buying or selling a home. Professional, informative, and easy to talk to. I typically don't leave reviews, but after our experience with Cindy Guse, I felt obligated. My husband and I will be first time home buyers, we have been to several different open houses recently, but just haven't found the one. We stumbled by one that Cindy was showing, and I can say I am glad we did. The house was beautiful, but didn't meet a few of our unique requirements. Cindy spoke with us and we set up an appointment to meet with her. She supplied us with a lot of useful information, that we simply didn't know about purchasing a home, and she was extremely patient while we explained our long list of requirements, then again during our long list of questions. Cindy has been very helpful in helping me look for a home in the desert. She certainly knows the desert well. When asking me my areas of interest I wasn't quite sure where I wanted to reside. She helped me sort through different areas based upon my activities from school districts to amenities such as golf, tennis, and other recreational activities. The most important thing to me is to have a quiet area while still being relatively close to grocery stores, restaurants, and golf courses. I am fairly new to the desert and it has been very nice to work with someone who not only knows the Coachella Valley very well but to work with someone that truly listened to my needs and desires in purchasing a home. I would highly recommend Cindy for anyone looking for real estate in the area regardless of the criteria. You will quickly see that she shows professionalism, has a vast amount of knowledge in the real estate industry and is just great to work with. Thank you Cindy for the wonderful experience! Jon D.
