A lot has changed since the fire on November 8th, 2018, that took out approx. 90% of the quaint little town of Paradise and approx. 30% of the Neighboring town of Magalia and the surrounding areas of Concow/Cherokee and most recent Berry Creek. We were blessed to have our Paradise Office spared but do to the fire(s), COVID 19 we have closed the Chico and Oroville offices for now. Don’t worry though, you’ll see offices back in these areas in the near future.

I’ve never seen such a dedicated group of people with the sole purchase of Enriching & Uplifting those around them and the public at large. They made the transition an easy one. I’ll always hold a special place in my heart for the BHG Welcome Home Brand but just like fire victims, we too want a fresh new beginning and Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate offer just that. Also available to Charity and local Community Organizations. Some restrictions apply and subject to availability.

In addition to the ridiculous amount BHGRE.com offers we still provide our custom Pre-Moving Packets for our Buyers and Sellers. Monthly Market Reports for Chico, Paradise, Magalia and Oroville. Annual Real Estate Review every January. Virtual tours for most of our Listings, Internet syndication to a vast array of websites. Buyers can search for their own listings on our “live feed” website and/or receive listings automatically via email, based on their chosen criteria.
