Cindy Henderson

Cindy has been a Realtor since 1985 in the Reno/Sparks area. As an experienced listing agent she has been thru all types of markets and knows her way around a short sale having successfully assissted many sellers and buyers thru the process.

As a past Sparks City Councilwoman Cindy is proud of her contribution to her community. She served as President of the Nevada League of Cities, Mayor Pro-Temp, Chairman of the Reginal Planning and Governing Board, Chairman of the Sparks Redevelopment Agency and many other boards and commissions.

She was Awarded the Abraham Curry Award for Mertiorious Service to the Real Estate Industry in 1998, Women of Achievement Award from the Nevada Womens Fund in 2003.

Cindy holds several designations such as CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), SFR (Short Sales & Resource), CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert), GRI (Graduate of Realtors Institute) and ePro.
