Cindy Hoover @ Remax sold my condo in less than 1 week with multiple offers and then she helped me buy another property. What really impressed me is how she really does her homework assigning a value to a property, finding comps, adjusting for improvements or lack thereof. She just doesn't wing it like a lot of other realtors.

Cindy most definitely knows her stuff!!! We've bought with her and we've sold with her. We lived out-of-state at the time, and she handled everything for us. Outstanding communication skills. She made us feel as if we were her only client! From our first meeting through to closing, we were impressed not only by her professionalism, but her vast knowledge of her business and the local real estate market.

Cindy Hoover was recommended to my wife and I as we were looking to buy a condo in the Cove Cay Golf community.

She worked arduously and patiently with us in finding a condo that met our needs and interests.

She was utmost and professional as we looked at several condos .She gave us good advice to what to look for.

Unfortunately- during our visit we did not find one that was suitable for us.

We returned to our NY home and within days another one appeared on line.

We notified Cindy and she hurriedly came over to take a look snd review . She sent us several pictures for us to almost feel we were right there.

We bought the unit and Cindy helped us thru the finances that helped us save more money.

As stated Cindy Hoover is top’s in her field as a real estate agent and is most personable thru out in working with us- always keeping the need of us in her utmost planning.

I highly recommend Cindy Hoover to any one that wants a highly knowledgeable agent one with much experience and expertise in her field.

Cindy Hoover has been amazing from start to finish in helping my son find his first home. Being parents from afar in chicago, it was nearly impossible for us to be there to assist him in his search. She took over like a 2nd mom and looked out for his best interest in so many ways. We could not recommend anyone else for helping in a search for a home. She is patient, caring and helped him understand the vocab, terms and the whole process from beginning to end...we are almost to the end!! She secured a home for him in the best location and yard he couldve found! If you can't decide on an agent, CIndy Hoove is your gal. You wont be sorry.

We asked Cindy for suggestions when we were in a jam with another realtor. Cindy immediately gave us suggestions the other realtor has never mentioned. After listing our house with Cindy we received a home inspection we knew to be faulty. Cindy helped to get that straightened out too. Cindy is a wealth of information, knows excellent trades people, is fair, honest and skilled. If we ever buy or sell again, Cindy will be our first call.
