Cindy is the best real state agent ever. She clearly understands the needs of her client, carefully adapts to what she/he is looking for and has a 24h care for what her client may need. Extremely friendly, trustworthy and caring, Cindy will not cease until you are completely satisfied with your new home, and she will make very valuable recommendations and provide constant advice. Overall a great professional that I highly recommend.

Realtors we delt with before Cindy treated us like just another way to make money, they were not personable, they made us feel like we bothered them or Just very uncomfortable. So when we met Cindy I was a Bit held back and honestly scared of being treated unfriendly again. THANKFULLY, Cindy is like an Angel on earth. She is so kindhearted, and took her time to explain everything from beginning to end. We were first time homebuyers and Had No clue what, where or how. So you can imagine how overwhelming this could be, Bur Cindy has the Patience of a Saint. She led us from beginning to end, came to see house after house with us, and when things didn't go our way on deals, she felt as bad as we did. During it all I had hundreds of questions and she was always there to answer and assure us we weren't alone through the process.
In little time she went from our Realtor, to a Friend to someone We consider part of our Family, Because that is How she treats you, like a part of Her Own Family...So if you are like us and have been treated bad before, or Honestly need someone to treat you like your Not Just another sale. PLEASE DONT HESITATE TO CONTACT CINDY, YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT!!

Cindy was so great to work with. I live out of state so she went above and beyond to FaceTime me and send me videos of all of the properties. She answered all of my questions promptly and was so kind and patient. I would recommend her services to anyone and everyone!

We spent almost a year trying to move our large family from Alabama to the Washington, D.C. area for my husband to go to grad school. Realtor after realtor promised to help us get a rental but we kept hearing no or to let them know when our situation changed. No one wanted to rent to a family of our size. It was so disheartening.

When we felt all hope was lost, we were put in touch with Cindy and things started to move so quickly! Cindy is passionate about what she does, and she got right to work calling on our behalf. States away, and looking at homes online felt very vulnerable but she was always a phone call away to calm my fears. She pleaded our case with rental agents and did not rest until we found a home. And it was just a couple weeks after we started working with her.

We are truly blessed to have found her and would absolutely recommend her to anyone. We are keeping a pulse on buying next and will definitely be working with her. She has proven to us that she will get exactly what our family needs.

Working with Cindy was like a dream come true. Being new to the area, I had no idea how to navigate the city or what the market was like. Cindy made me feel just at home as she helped me learn about DC during our home search. Her expertise and professionalism as an agent is formidable and second to none in comparison to other agents I have worked with over the years. Cindy walked me through the DC home buying process at my own pace while being available 24/7 to answer all of my questions and concerns. As we began our home search, she brought up valid concerns and questions for sellers that I would have missed altogether, costing me a nice penny. After a weekend of pounding the pavement, we found EXACTLY what I was looking for! Unfortunately, about eight other buyers did as well.
