First, I don’t do reviews, but feel compelled in this case. I was fortunate to find and contract with Cindy to sell the house that I’d designed, helped build and lived in raising two lovely girls for 35 years. Needless to say, I had a lot of emotional attachment to this home. Cindy understood this and recognized what we needed to do to prepare the house and large yard for prospective buyers to fully appreciate. She knew the market for this home. She also advised me on work that should be done and provided recommendations on reliable contractors she had experience with. And, if I wasn’t able to meet with them she would. I felt she was always there for me. It is for those reasons and more that I wanted to give a shout out for Cindy Leathers, my realtor.
