I knew Cindy had been the realtor for a neighbor down the street, so I called the neighbor to find out how she liked working with Cindy. The neighbor was very complimentary and was, in fact, having lunch with Cindy that weekend. I called Cindy and, after chatting with her, decided I didn't need contact any other realtors. She listened to what I wanted to do and how I wanted to do it and guided me in the way to accomplish my goals. She kept me informed of the process of pictures, showings, open house and answered any questions I had. We found the perfect buyer and my home of 32 years is now going to be loved by new owners. I appreciate Cindy's professionalism, friendship, and kindness.
