With over seventeen years in the business and an extensive client base, Cindy brings an advanced level of knowledge and expertise to the real estate business.
Cindy is licensed in DC, VA and MD as an Associate Broker with TTR Sotheby’s International Realty, and is based at the Old Town Alexandria office. Cindy also holds the nationally recognized real estate designation of Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR). Cindy has been continuously licensed to sell real estate since 2005.
Cindy earned both her Master of Industrial and Manufacturing Systems Engineering and her Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering degrees from Kettering University in Michigan. She subsequently held several Engineering and Management positions of increasing responsibility with General Motors, where she honed her management, leadership and contract negotiating skills.
Cindy moved on from General Motors to do a manufacturing startup in the homebuilding industry for Pulte Homes. In her time with Pulte, Cindy immersed herself in the production homebuilding process, becoming an expert in the technical details of subdivision development and new home construction.
From Pulte, Cindy moved into the sales end of the real estate business. From there, she has been helping buyers and sellers to realize their dreams and achieve their goals ever since.
Cindy's real estate clients directly benefit from her unparalleled expertise in contract formulation and negotiation. Her additional background and knowledge in the the details of home construction are also especially beneficial to her buyer and seller clients when it is time to buy or sell.
Cindy has built her loyal client base over the years, basing her real estate business on personal service that goes above and beyond. She understands and internalizes each client’s specific goals and objectives, and then does whatever is necessary to assist them in realizing their hopes and dreams.
When Cindy is not busy working with her clients, she is probably playing tennis, biking or kayaking. She also enjoys gardening, puzzles, reading and cooking, and cultivates an active Heartfulness mediation practice.
