Previous experience as co-owner of a boutique Real Estate firm and the owner of a National Notary Signing Service, Cindy has worked on literally hundreds of transactions gaining extensive hands-on experience in Contracts, Negotiations, Escrow and Closing within all market segments. Those include Residential, Condominium, Luxury Specialty, Bank-owned and Short-sale and she has closed transactions within all of California from San Diego to the Bay area.
For over eight years Cindy’s focus has been as the expert in the downtown San Diego Urban Community and Lifestyle. While working with clients from different countries and backgrounds she boasts a client base from the U.S., Asia, Europe, Canada, the Middle East, and Mexico.

Cindy is a native to California, born in Los Angeles and grew up in the San Fernando Valley and Orange County, and has lived in San Diego for the past 30 years, which is my favorite place to be! I have raised three wonderful children in San Diego. Favorites to do are being with her family, traveling, horseback riding, relaxing on my favorite ten best beaches, bicycles on the bay and my 2 Belgian Malinois dog’s- Woody and Rex!
