Cindy began her career in Real Estate in 1992 and is incredibly passionate about what she does. She loves working with people and believes her success in the business comes from her drive and her dedication to each and every one of her clients. She focuses heavily in the Western Suburbs and knows the areas very well. She has close relationships with builders and relocation companies, as well as a very large network of agents in the Twin Cities who she works with regularly. Cindy specializes in upper bracket homes, but enjoys selling homes of every style and price point to many of her own buyers and investors. With her strong history as one of the top producing agents in the state, great love of the job, and a business built on client referrals, she is truly one of the best, both as a Realtor and a friend.
After relocating from the San Francisco Bay Area where she worked as a Realtor for many years, she transitioned to Twin Cities Real Estate in 2008. In 2013 her daughter, Desiree, partnered with her and they run The Pelletier Zimmerman Group. They are a dynamic, incredibly hard working duo whose passion for their work and clients shines through. They work heavily by friend and client referrals and feel incredible joy each and every time someone says they were referred to them.
