About Cindy

Cindy has een an investor since 2006 and a realtor since 2009 in the Greater Pittsburgh Area. This is her full-time business. She has many KW listing clients that say she has a competitive advantage because being an investor she is more in tune with what buyers want so she can help them prepare their house to sell faster and for more money. She goes room by room with her spreadsheet reviewing what they need to do on a budget, then she has her contractors come in and make it happen.

The majority of Cindy’s listings sell within the first few days on the market when her clients take her advice. She always uses a photographer, not her iPhone. On higher end listings she also use drones and matterport. She sends out mailings to invite neighbors to private lunches before open houses and she always uses pay per click advertising. You can rest assured your seller will be well taken care of throughout the whole process. Cindy’s buyers tell her they like the fact that she is an investor because she looks at the homes with a fine-tooth comb and find things that most realtors miss. She goes over all their closing costs up front and make sure they are approved through underwriting allowing their offers to be more competitive than most. Years ago, her church had extensive Stephen Ministry training to help people navigate crisis. Buying, selling, or investing in a home can be very emotional and we all know that things can get pretty emotional at times. Her Stephen Ministry comes into play as she sees things starting to happen and resolve them before they become crisis. Cindy can help to calm everyone and keep the process moving.
