Cindy Schatzle

Cindy was born and raised in the rural outskirts of Cincinnati, Ohio and still has strong ties to the area with her large, closely knit extended family. In 1989, while still in high school, she began her career in the real estate industry working with title companies and quickly learning and understanding the details of property searching, title clearing, title insurance, mortgage loan processes and residential home contracts and closings.

Building on her sterling reputation and considerable experience, in 2010 Cindy secured her real estate license and spent her first six years in Sarasota, Florida being mentored by a seasoned agent of 36 years. Here, she gained a wealth of knowledge and detail on the area market as well as local practices. In March 2016, Cindy transitioned to her new role as a full-time agent working for a reputable local broker with her office located on St. Armands Circle.

Trusted and admired by her clients and peers, Cindy offers the fullest compliment of experience and support from the beginning to the end on your real estate transaction. "I've Got This!" is her motto. She says it, and she means it. There is no task too overwhelming for her to take on, and she does it always with a smile. In her free time, you will likely find Cindy on our beautiful Gulf and Intracoastal waters anywhere from Boca Grande up to Anna Maria Island. She spends quality time boating with her parents and paddle boarding with friends. Cindy is an 'over the top' animal lover and, if you see Cindy around town, you will likely see her pup Bodie right by her side.
