Selling my parents, in law house in Kentucky was a challenge as we live abroad and had limited time we could spend in Kentucky to empty the property. Cindy helped immensely as she is resourceful, hardworking, committed and effective. It was a crazy roller coast ride because of an incommunicative, irresponsible and uncooperative seller, but Christy was patient and persistent. The mortgage company she recommended was great to deal with and helped keep the process moving along. Christy even found a contractor who could perform a last-minute structural repair to the house without which we would not have been able to qualify for our mortgage. It was a process, and took several months, but we were always treated with extreme professionalism and attentiveness. Marci was always available to show us properties and if not, then another team member would.
