Cindy Southerland

A North Carolina native, she grew up on a farm outside Kinston and attended Arendell Parrot Academy before attending boarding school for 11th and 12th grades at Saint Mary's School in Raleigh, NC. At the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill she was a member of Chi-Omega sorority and graduated in 1992. She received her master’s at East Carolina University before pursuing real estate with Intracoastal Realty in 1996. She has been a multi-million-dollar producer and recognized as a top producer with Intracoastal Realty since she began her real estate career.

Her husband, and she met as freshman at UNC-Chapel Hill. They have two beautiful daughters. Her family and her enjoy boating, kayaking, and living on the Intracoastal Waterway! She specializes in properties in the Figure Eight, Landfall, Wilmington, and Wrightsville Beach area.
