Cindy's sales career has included Nordstrom for ten years before transitioning to John L. Cindy grew up on Mercer Island, adjacent to both Seattle and Bellevue. She has expertise showing and listing properties in all three areas as she has lived in each. Sharing her local knowledge has been beneficial to both her Sellers and Buyers as she knows what the neighborhoods have to offer, and she has an excellent idea of property value having closely followed the market.
Cindy is based in the John L. Scott Mercer Island Office, but she also specializes in the Ravenna/Bryant, Greenlake, and West Bellevue neighborhoods. Her clients tell her that her biggest strengths are her market knowledge, work ethic, honesty, and generous availability. As a listing agent she prices, helps prepare, and markets her Seller’s home to achieve top dollar and a smooth closing. When Cindy is not working you can find her enjoying all the northwest has to offer, new restaurants, trails, tennis, and coffee! She tries to live by her dad’s words: “Go out and Make it a good day”!
