Cindy Young

Cindy's quest to provide homebuyers and sellers with exemplary service began in May of 1997 as she began actively selling Residential Real Estate in North County San Diego.

In 2004, she moved back home with her two children to Redding, CA. In those 15 years she had been through several cycles of Real Estate Sales. The most dramatic of course were the years when the market bubble burst and folks had to sell their homes in Short Sale, or their homes were foreclosed upon. Cindy helped a minimum of 50 families per year during that time, diving into the negotiations with mortgage companies to take less money than what was owed on these homes, allowing the sellers a dignified method of selling their homes without being foreclosed upon.

Today, she now has her own brokerage averaging approximately $8-13,000,000 in sales per year. Cindy has been on the Shasta Association of Realtors Board of Directors now for 6 years and was the President of the Shasta Association of Realtors for 2020. She has been Committee Chairperson for the Scholarship Committee, Social Committee and a member of several other committees for the Shasta Association of Realtors. She recently was inducted into the Redding West Rotary where she looks forward to more community volunteer work.
