It was my first time selling a home and Cinthia guided me through the process, answering all my questions and easing my concerns. She worked tirelessly with my lender, the title company, and with the sellers agent. Anytime she was given a roadblock she was able to get in front of it and take care of it quickly and effectively. Cinthia took care of so much for me behind the scenes which allowed me to focus on my life so the home buying process didn't consume me and allowed me to remain stress free! I could not have done it without Cinthia! I would highly recommend her services! She's awesome!

Cinthia is wonderful. She went above and beyond for my home buying process from day one. I was first paired with her through my lender and by the next day she had called to make an appointment to go over the home buying process with me. She spoke with me for about an hour and went through everything in detail to make sure I understood. She then looked for homes that would match what my boyfriend and I were looking for. She spent one of her Sunday afternoons going to 6 or 7 different condos. I appreciated her taking the time on the weekend to do that for us. When we found the right place, she made sure that all the paperwork to make an offer was to me as fast as possible. She negotiated hard to make sure the price made sense. When the offer was accepted, she was always such a resource when it came to the appraisal and the inspection. She really went to bat for me with my lender when we tried to keep the closing at the date we set. She worked hard with them to give me any credits that were available. Even after closing, she still reached out to make sure everything was processed correctly. I would recommend her to anyone, she is so responsive and really will go out of her way to help you purchase your home!
