Cinthya Carmona

I was born in Cuba and moved to Miami in 2014. I have a Bachelor’s in Foreign Languages, which allows me to communicate fluently in German, English and Spanish at business financial levels. I have been in the hospitality business for the past ten years, building long lasting relationships with a true sense of customer service, integrity, and care for others. In 2016 I earned my Master’s in Business Administration, expanding my leadership skills, practical knowledge and confidence needed to redefine my role in today’s business environment. Recently I took a course on the Fundamentals of Real Estate Investment and that ignited my passion to start generating wealth through buying properties and turning them into short term rentals. I also own and manage properties in Florida and attained my Real Estate, so that I could help others navigate the process as well. My goal in working with clientele, is to assist in identifying income producing property, or finding a “forever home” based on their specific needs. I always work tirelessly, until clients find exactly what they are looking for and the deal is closed. My focus area is Miami and its neighboring areas; however, I have worked on transactions in other parts of Florida as well. I am excited to hear from you and your family.
