Cintia is an absolute Ray of sunshine and a breath of fresh air as a person. She is so humble and down to earth. The entire process was comfortable and fun because of her experience and knowledge. She answered all the copious amount of questions I had in a very timely and professional manner. She was available any time I needed her, through every step of the process, even when she was on vacation or with her family. Which I greatly appreciated. If I were to ever buy another property in the Connecticut area in the future, there wouldn't be a second thought in my mind who I would call! Cintia was a godsend for us as we searched for a property to run our business out of! She listened to all of our needs and just KNEW exactly what we were looking for. Cintia was amazing. This is our 3rd home purchase and it was definitely the best experience. Cintia provided all the information that we needed to make the decision that was best for us. We were able to get our questions answered quickly. When we had an issue with our lender, Cintia found another lender that saved our deal and gave us a better deal in the end. We would highly recommend her services. She was a great person to work with.

I was referred to Cintia by a fb friend. She reached out from the tag and upon speaking with her, I knew that she was a woman I could count on. She was knowledgeable about the housing market, asked important questions and was very professional. I had no idea that it would take 7 months to find an apartment. Throughout that time , Cinita stayed in contact with me whether it be by text or phone call to let me know that she was still was still working diligently on my case, even when I felt like things weren't happening and I was losing patience. She is very attentive to her clients and is always an active part of the inspections, in terms of wanting to hear all of the information the inspector finds so that she can advocate for her clients. Cíntia Varela is an excellent agent. We were an out-state investors and needed an agent that would be there for us 100%.
