CJ is the BEST realtor hands down! She helped me find the perfect house for my Father and his wife, that surpassed all their needs. My father was a Army Veteran and he had Heath conditions that required a wheelchair, so one of his main needs were an open floor plan. When CJ came across this house I was at Witt Ends of looking but low and behold…..she hit the jackpot with this one! My father and step mom was in love and we closed on the house. My parents couldn’t move here right away from Jersey so I stayed in the house until my step mom could retire! We closed in July and unfortunately in October my father passed away. He didn’t even get to enjoy the house he fell in love with like he wanted to. But his wife did stay here for a year and a half before she went back to Jersey. So again I went back to CJ to sell the dream house my Dad wanted so bad. She was amazing and there for my family thru all of it! She even came during his funeral! Now that is personal care and concern for her clients! So if you are looking for the BEST call CJ and her Realtor Company!!

If your looking for a professional, knowledgeable, and responsive realtor I highly recommend CJ! My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed working with CJ during the construction of our new home. CJ was present throughout the entire process with multiple check-ins, assisting us with making appropriate upgrades while staying within our budget, and providing us with contractors for minor repairs after the transaction was complete. Even when our closing date caused a scheduling conflict, CJ went above and beyond to bargain with the seller to change our closing date to fit our schedule.

If you are looking for the best realtor please choose Chawand Jones. Chawand listens to your needs and wants and does whatever she can to find you what you are looking for.
