Clair Cannon

Clair Cannon specializes in both Commercial and Residential real estate sales and leasing. She is known to be knowledgeable and diligent to industry peers and customers alike and is considered a market expert in North Texas. Specializing in Luxury Residential, Land sales, and Investment purchases, her commercial abilities include Absolute Triple Net lease investment properties (NNN) and 1031 Exchanges nationwide.

Clair began her career with Wells Fargo Bank in 2000 and was recruited to the Home Mortgage division in 2003, where she spent many years as a successful loan officer. Navigating through the recession years, she gained valuable experience in loss mitigation and foreclosure alternatives, in addition to traditional residential sales. Today, she combines skills garnered as a successful Residential and Commercial Agent and respected mortgage broker to provide exceptionally well-rounded real estate and business expertise to her clientele.

Clair is an active leader in the North Texas Real Estate community. She was a 2019 graduate of Class XIII of the Texas Realtors Leadership Program through the Collin County Association of Realtors. She was a speaker and panelist for Realtor.com at their 2019 nationwide conference and has been consistently awarded President's Club and Top Producer in the firms she has represented. She holds the Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist, Accredited Buyer Representative, Seniors Real Estate Specialist, and Seller Representative Specialist designations.

Clair is a lifelong native Texan, graduated from Texas Tech University and currently lives in Plano. She is an active member in the community and has been involved in numerous volunteering and charitable programs. As a mother of two, she spends most of her time with family, friends and her boxer dog and enjoys outdoor adventures, live music, and cheering Dallas sports teams.
