About Claire-Anne

Throughout my 20+ years in the real estate industry, saying I have seen a lot is an understatement.

I've successfully navigated Buyer's markets, Seller's markets, nobody's interested markets, super frenzied-beat-out-50-other-Buyers-markets and markets with “high” or very low interest rates. Through every market I help my clients strategize and develop a plan to ensure that they make the best decisions to achieve their goals.

So how did I get here? After years of working in Distribution Management for Fortune 500 Companies and experiencing (first hand) some not great real estate transactions, I decided to elevate my interest in real estate and make it a full time career and I have not looked back. I started with some of the big box companies and flourished; often ranking in the top 5 out of over 600 agents in the company and in the top 10% in the country. Now I am the top producer in my company year over year.

My methods are straight forward: I am very direct with what measures you need to take in order to be ready to buy and/or sell. I help you develop a strategy that is personal to YOU – because everyone’s situation is different even if the end result (buying/selling) is the same.

If you are buying, don’t expect your email to be flooded with home options that don’t thrill you because I curate what I send your way based off of what you have stated you want in a home. Add to that, if I am unsure if it is a match, I preview the property before I send it to you. Why? Because your time is valuable, and that magic camera lens is real. Because of this method, I have been in literally THOUSANDS of homes in Central Indiana. Thousands. This enables me to help you narrow your search faster: Do you like older homes? Homes with lots of trees around them? Neighborhoods with larger yards? The file in my brain is overflowing with this type of information and I am happy to use it to help you find your perfect home.

If you are selling your home, the plan we develop is matched to your timeline, nobody else’s. We will discuss how your home fits in the current market, what, if anything, you need to do to make it shine AND if those things are things that will increase your net once you sell (newsflash, they do not always increase your net). We also discuss what to expect from Buyers and what Buyers will expect from you as a Seller – the more information you have the less stress there will be, and that is always my goal.
