We met Claire in one of her virtual seminars two years ago. Right after the seminar, we set up a phone call with her to get to know each other. From our very first meeting, it was evident that she genuinely cared about finding us a home that would not only meet our requirements but also align with our lifestyle and aspirations. Claire was very approachable and easy to talk to. She spent time to truly understand what mattered the most to us before sending us a bunch of homes to look at. We are very lucky to have found Claire as our agent during our first time house purchase (She was recommended to us from our friends). She has gone above and beyond to make the entire process smooth and trouble-free.
She is very detail oriented and patient. As first time house buyers, we threw tons of question at her but she always answered every question in detail and tried to understand our needs closely. She also went through multiple open house sessions with us. During open houses, she payed attention to the details that we missed, and guided us what to look out for. Highly Recommended as Claire & her team provide fast and pleasant experience during new home purchase, especially nice to 1st time home buyer.

Know Claire thru. 安家在硅谷，where they share many tips for 1st time buyer. Her several recommended places matches well of my dream home, therefore I contacted Claire. I was lucky to have her represent me as agent since she is very familiar with the area I am looking. Meanwhile, I did my homework of pre-approval part, while she helped me cross compare of my loan choice.

The initial one I looked for seems not easy from the seller side. Due to her familiarity of the area, she suggested me to try a higher listed home in parallel that I was not considered at all. We price in some future downwards and provided best we could, which matches my pre-approval.
It turned out it worked. I am very happy of the appraisal and timing, of course my new home.

Looking back, it only takes 7 days reaching to the final offer acceptance stage since our initial phone call.

Claire also provide many other tips as a 1st time buyer. eg. decoration, water softener, home security etc.

Claire is my agent for my first home. She helped me to understand the market and my requirements (it sounds funny but actually it’s important and not easy to understand the requirements when buying a home). She guided my wife and I visiting many houses including town homes and single family houses in many locations. And teaches me about how to check a house, read disclosures and remodel. After a month of seeking, she helped us finding an off-market house, which perfectly fits our requirements. During the whole procedure, Claire was very responsive but not extremely push. I find Claire through friend reference. She is super patient, well knowledge and supportive during our house selling process. Our house is very old and need lots of improvement, she help us find great team work on renovation with very affordable price. The whole renovation process took 4 weeks and our kitchen, bathroom, carpet are all new. She also known great team staging and photograph and makes it house looks great. i cannot recognize our house after the renovation.
We are out of state seller, so she also helped ending our renter's contract, dealing with old furnishes and renovation project supervisor. I have several house transactions experience so far, with so much work she had done for us, this one is the best experience I had.
She is also very very professional and have enthusiastic in renovation. I consult with her what should we do and what should not, cause we have very limited budget, and she always give me personalize suggestions.
