Claire's Magic Pricing Strategy really works! After Claire carefully explained the process we took her advice and did everything she recommended. Our Manhattan Beach townhome sold at full price within a week- in cash! A month later when we closed escrow and got our check, other similar properties were still on the market and when they finally sold months later - they sold for less. I see why Claire calls it magic.
