Claire Killen is the Broker/Owner of Emerald Real Estate. Claire started Emerald Real Estate in 2010 after working in real estate since she moved to Minneapolis from Ireland in 1999. Claire decided to start her own company because she did not like the impersonal feel associated with large real estate firms.

Ireland is known as the “Emerald Isle” because of its lush and varying shades of green. People will travel the world and call on Ireland as their favorite place and cannot wait to go back – it is vibrant countryside and panoramic views earn it that name.
