A Charlestonian for 20 years, my husband Joe and I own and operate a boutique, independent brokerage with $27M closed in 2025. For 2025 sales I was in the top 250 of Charleston-area real estate agents, out of over 7,000 licenses. We own and manage a $9M rental portfolio in Charleston, and have a very strong residential investment background. We utilize Joe's contractor license to identify repairs/updates for clients, and execute them prior to listing, often deferring the costs until they close. This also comes in play on the buyers side, whether through strong negotiations after inspections or in setting up/executing repairs or updates after closing.
